Let me
introduce myself…
“The purpose of life is finding the largest burden you can bear and bearing it.” – Jordan B. Peterson
Hi, I’m Adam —
husband, dad of three, sales leader, and someone who believes the best teams are built on trust, vision, and encouragement. Whether I’m mentoring a team member, skiing Colorado powder, or strategizing ways to scale a business, I bring passion, persistence, and heart to everything I do.
I’ve spent my career leading sales and business development efforts across both Fortune 500 and startup environments—and I thrive where vision meets action and people are energized to win together. Welcome to a more personal look at who I am, what I value, and where I’m headed next.

Family, Faith,
and the Colorado Life
“Leadership is not about being in charge.
It is about taking care of those in your charge.”
– Simon Sinek
I’ve been married to my best friend for over 20 years, and together we’re raising three amazing kids here in Castle Rock, Colorado. We love hitting the slopes, exploring the mountains on bikes or foot, and making memories around the grill or the firepit—with our bernedoodle, Romeo, never far behind.
Faith is the foundation of my life, and I’m active in our church community, serving on the security team, participating in men’s ministry, and engaging weekly with a Bible study group that keeps me grounded and growing. I also serve as President of the School Accountability Committee at our kids’ charter school—a role that lets me give back and help equip younger generations.
Whether I’m mentoring others at work or volunteering in the community, I believe in servant leadership and creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and inspired.

Strategic Sales Leadership with
Heart and Hustle
“Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today.” — Jordan Peterson
I currently serve as VP of Sales & Business Development at Naturs Design, where I’ve been leading high-impact strategy and team growth in a fast-paced startup environment. I thrive in collaborative, visionary cultures and enjoy solving complex challenges that drive sustainable revenue growth.
Before that, I spent several years with Yellowbook (a Fortune 500 company), where I became a two-time President’s Club award winner—an honor reserved for the top 2% of employees nationwide for exceptional performance in both new sales and renewals. I also gained national recognition and mentoring experience at Vector Marketing, where I again earned a President’s Club award and quickly moved into leadership.
Having worked in both corporate and startup ecosystems, I’ve learned that it’s not just about the product or service—it’s about the people. I’m seeking a role as a VP or Director of Business Development where I can work with a healthy, high-functioning team that’s passionate, aligned, and excited to grow.
It's a privilege when I hear colleagues comment:“Adam is one of the most encouraging and inspiring leaders I’ve ever worked with…”

“The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.”
— Frederick Buechner
Lead with Vision. Serve with Heart.
“Seek first to understand, then to be understood.” — Stephen Covey
My leadership style is built on encouragement, collaboration, and respect. I believe in empowering people by recognizing their unique strengths and walking alongside them as they grow. I’ve received feedback from team members who have described my leadership as “a breath of fresh air” and something they genuinely look forward to each week.
I draw inspiration from Simon Sinek’s Leaders Eat Last, which aligns deeply with my belief in building trust and prioritizing people. I’ve seen firsthand how healthier teams drive higher performance—and how culture is the key to consistent, scalable results.
Whether leading a sales team or mentoring younger professionals, my goal is to create win-win environments where people feel valued, energized, and equipped to succeed.

Ski Lifts, Smokehouses & Mountain Trails
I live for the crisp air at Keystone, the powder at Copper, and the adventure that comes with Colorado life. Skiing is one of my biggest passions—I actually learned on the slopes of Val d’Isère in France while studying abroad in Grenoble. That experience also sparked my love of French culture and language, which I immersed myself in while living and working in both France and Madagascar.
I’ve visited nine countries and still keep in touch with friends I made two decades ago. That global perspective continues to shape how I lead, connect, and communicate.
When I’m not skiing or biking, I’m usually grilling or smoking something tasty in the backyard, grabbing coffee with friends, or hanging out with my family—whether it's at home, on the trail, or in the mountains.
Rooted in Faith.
Driven by Purpose.
“Seek first to understand, then to be understood.” — Stephen Covey
I’m passionate about building strong families, strong communities, and strong organizations. That’s why I serve as the President of the School Accountability Committee at my kids’ school, volunteer at our local church, and stay engaged with local and grassroots political efforts here in Castle Rock.
I’ve served as a county delegate and built relationships with community leaders and organizations that align with my values. Whether in civic life or business, I’m committed to creating positive change and investing in the future.
